About the Role

Concentric is seeking an experienced Property and Facilities Manager to oversee residential properties for a private family across multiple locations. This senior-level role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the discretion expected in a private household setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee residential properties, ideally across multiple sites.
  • Perform hands-on technical tasks and manage building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
  • Schedule and manage routine and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate repairs with contractors and vendors, identifying and addressing building system issues.
  • Oversee renovation projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordination with general contractors.
  • Manage vendors and contractors, including sourcing, scheduling, and quality oversight.
  • Administer municipal and county water systems, septic, and/or sewer systems.
  • Apply a project management mindset to anticipate needs and manage tasks proactively.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and compliance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with principals and household staff.
  • Exercise discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in a private household setting.
  • Ensure reliable personal vehicle use and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Work independently and manage competing priorities across multiple properties.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of property management experience.
  • Requires up to 75% travel.
  • Personal vehicle is required.
  • Clean driving record.
