About the Role

Responsibilities

• Creation of precise BIM models in execution planning based on internally developed design concepts and derivation of implementable planning bases for the construction site.
• Coordination of external specialist planners, performance of collision checks of models (e.g., with Solibri) including ensuring high data quality (LOD/LOI).
• Use of the BIM model as a "Single Source of Truth" for automated quantity determination and structured preparation of tender documents.
• Implementation of the latest ISO standards and industry standards in daily project work.
• Development of systematic solution approaches for complex architectural challenges.
• Work with clear, logically structured processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Successful completion as an Architect (w/m/d), Civil Engineer or Construction Technician (w/m/d) with several years of professional experience in approval and execution planning, preferably in digitally planned projects.
• Sound CAD knowledge (ideally in Nemetschek Allplan) and a great passion for openBIM processes and collaborative planning.
• Decision-making ability and assertiveness in leading external specialist engineers via the specialist model.
• Analytical skills for independent development of systematic solutions in building planning.
• Understanding of structured and precise work processes.
