About the Role

Live the Island Life as an ambassador of the Tommy Bahama brand, representing stylish trends. Play an important role in store leadership, inspiring your team to achieve goals, create an environment of aloha fun, and exceed guest expectations. Share knowledge on latest designs and provide world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenishing floor with inventory and providing product knowledge.
• Partner with the Stock Coordinator to manage daily stockroom operations, ensuring shipping supply levels are neat and orderly.
• Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and timely in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Actively participate in all store-related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory-related inquiries/discrepancies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
• Organized and strive for efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with numbers.
• Natural collaborator able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently.
• Climbing ladders frequently.
• Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
