About the Role

As an Analyst of Private Wealth Operations, you will join a dynamic team overseeing the client onboarding workstream for Evergreen and Closed-end strategies. You will act as a liaison between operations and multiple groups to support the onboarding process, gaining exposure across various teams and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee fund operations for Evergreen and Closed-end funds.
  • Monitor and support the onboarding of new investor accounts within open-ended and close-ended product suites.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams globally to manage investor expectations through transparency and support during the onboarding process.
  • Liaise with and assist internal teams and external stakeholders globally to reconcile data, resolve complex issues, maintain accurate workflows, and serve as a key contact.
  • Support the onboarding, setup, and ongoing servicing of new intermediaries, custodians, distributors, platforms, and interfaces to streamline onboarding and optimize investor experience.
  • Investigate and resolve operational inefficiencies by understanding the intricacies of each team and process involved in the funds' lifecycles.
  • Develop an understanding of regulatory requirements and restrictions for operating and marketing across multiple jurisdictions and Luxembourg-domiciled funds.
  • Prioritize operational proactivity, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous compliance and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external fund documentation to ensure investor processes are accurately detailed and within compliance and legal requirements.
  • Assist in managing internal projects, orchestrating improvements, and acting as the main operational liaison.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • 2-5 years of operations experience in the Investment Management or financial services industry.
  • Experience in managing processes, prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency required; advanced Excel is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker.

Skills

  • Private markets experience preferred.
  • Exposure to Alternative Funds.
  • Evergreen experience a plus.
  • Experience supporting a sales function is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills a plus.
