About the Role

As an Intermountain Health Pediatrician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will perform a variety of duties such as medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, circumcisions, well childcare and immunizations, treating childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitoring chronic diseases.

Responsibilities

  • Perform medical history intake
  • Conduct physician examinations
  • Perform sports physicals
  • Manage ADHD/ADD
  • Perform circumcisions
  • Provide well childcare and immunizations
  • Treat childhood injuries and illnesses
  • Monitor chronic diseases
  • Share rotating weekend, nursery hospital call, and holidays equally
  • Provide after-hours nursing phone support for patients

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Residency training in Pediatrics
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
  • Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be obtained and maintained
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
  • New Grads will be considered
  • Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship cannot be considered at this time

Salary/Compensations

  • $230,000.00 / Year with Productivity in addition to the Base
  • $7.25 - $999.99
