About the Role

As an Intermountain Health Pediatrician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will perform a variety of duties such as medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, circumcisions, well childcare and immunizations, treating childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitoring chronic diseases.

Responsibilities

Perform medical history intake
Conduct physician examinations
Perform sports physicals
Manage ADHD/ADD
Perform circumcisions
Provide well childcare and immunizations
Treat childhood injuries and illnesses
Monitor chronic diseases
Share rotating weekend, nursery hospital call, and holidays equally
Provide after-hours nursing phone support for patients

Requirements

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency training in Pediatrics
Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be obtained and maintained
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

$230,000.00 / Year with Productivity in addition to the Base
$7.25 - $999.99
