About the Role

As an Intermountain Health Provider, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. You will perform a variety of duties including medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, circumcisions, well childcare and immunizations, treating childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitoring chronic diseases.

Requirements

2 years of working experience as a provider in a clinic setting, required.
Current state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Current state license as a Physician Assistant.
Current certification from a recognized certifying organization such as the National Commission of Physician Assistants.
Applicable experience as defined by position leadership.
Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
