Responsibilities
- Coordinate and guide the team from concept to execution, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Research and identify unique venues, artists, and partners to bring concepts to life.
- Obtain and evaluate quotes, preparing decisions for project management while managing budgets and goals.
- Create precise timelines and clear briefings, track agreements, and ensure nothing is lost in the dynamic project environment.
- Provide on-site support, take ownership of assigned areas, and ensure productions run smoothly and impress guests.
Requirements
- A degree or training in fields like Event Management or Communication is a strong foundation, but enthusiasm and a drive to succeed in this field are paramount.
- Possess 1-2 years of practical experience, ideally within agencies or the event industry, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, quick to learn new topics, and work in a structured, conscientious, and reliable manner.
- Curious and tech-savvy with an understanding of event technology and a willingness to explore new tools, including the strategic use of AI.
- An energetic team player who takes responsibility, remains positive, and is solution-oriented, even under pressure.
- Fluent communication in German and English, comfortable engaging with international clients and partners.
