About the Company
- Hope Air is a national charity founded in 1986, committed to the mission of equitable access to health care for Canadians, living in rural and under-served communities.
- Hope Air provides free flight, accommodation and airport Uber programs, to ensure all Canadians can access essential medical care, regardless of distance or cost.
- In 2025, Hope Air facilitated over 10,000 medical trips for patients and their caregivers, reducing barriers of distance and cost in reaching medically necessary care, far from home.
- Our mission is to bring health care within reach for all.
- Through our work, we deliver better health care outcomes for patients and support a more efficient health care system.
- An open and supportive team environment where your ideas are valued.
- Regular team-building activities and social events.
- Be part of a team of passionate staff, volunteers, and supporters dedicated to making a difference.
- Healthcare is universal in Canada—but access is not. Many Canadians must delay or forgo medical care due to travel costs. By joining Hope Air, you play a vital role in helping thousands access the care they need, when and where they need it.
