About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the maintenance of all plant systems, including facilities, unloading, processing, packing, and warehouse operations. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment while working safely. Maintenance Technicians play a major role in safely maintaining machine reliability and process improvements across the plant.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation
  • Electrical work with 120, 220, and 480 volt
  • Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs
  • Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators
  • Repair gear reducers and packaging equipment
  • Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, pumps, and general building needs
  • Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 1+ years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, automotive, or military environment
  • 2-year technical degree

Salary/Compensations

  • $36.26/hr starting pay
  • Potential to earn up to $40.88/hr
  • Shift differentials not included in base pay
