About the Role
Our New York office is looking for a Banking and Finance associate with two to five years of experience in transactional lending, preferably leveraged-lending. The position will involve both drafting and negotiating commitment papers, terms sheets, credit agreements and security documents.

- Drafting and negotiating credit agreements
- Drafting and negotiating security documents
Requirements
- Two to five years of experience in transactional lending, preferably leveraged-lending
- Prior experience performing drafting and negotiating duties is helpful
- Preference for an associate that has direct lending or private equity sponsor-side experience
- Experience working for banks and lending counsel is also helpful
- Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar
