About the Role

We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our diverse creative group, responsible for crafting award-winning experiences for clients in the sports, lifestyle, and entertainment industries. You will collaborate with an integrated team to design and present strategic, creative work that elevates our clients' brands.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a variety of projects alongside a team of supporting creatives.
  • Attend brainstorms and translate ideas into meaningful design.
  • Communicate effectively on client calls.
  • Ensure creative output meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate closely with account leads, project management, and production teams.
  • Craft concepts and strategy with clients to drive their growth.
  • Stay current with industry trends to maintain brand relevance.
  • Develop the look and feel of creative ideas.
  • Assist the creative team with art-related needs.
  • Maintain design quality control.
  • Foster positive relationships with interdepartmental teams and clients.
  • Work with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
  • Maintain an understanding of clients and current/upcoming projects.
  • Develop trusting and communicative relationships with creative team members.
  • Demonstrate regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability, and promptness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Understanding of print production.
  • Ability to work with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Office Suite.
  • Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to multi-task.
