About the Role

The Director of Admissions drives enrollment and revenue targets through professional referrals, community outreach, and event planning, requiring proficiency in consultative sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Drive enrollment growth through professional referrals, community outreach, and consultative engagement with families and professionals.
  • Build and maintain strategic community partnerships and referral networks to expand awareness and generate leads.
  • Plan and execute campus and community events that strengthen relationships and support enrollment goals.
  • Own prospecting, outreach, enrollment, and sales metrics using Salesforce and other tools to track performance and forecast results.
  • Partner with marketing, campus leadership, and regional teams to align outreach efforts, solve challenges, and support school initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy and improve results.
  • Foster a personalized, premium experience for students, families, staff, and professional partners while connecting them to appropriate resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; education, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in consultative sales, outreach, business development, event planning, and relationship management.
  • Proven success achieving sales, enrollment, or revenue goals in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM, reporting, and presentation tools (Salesforce, Canva, Power BI).
  • Strategic, adaptable, and solution-oriented professional with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
