About the Role
We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as an Early Graduate/Full Time Senior Consultant working in our Toronto practice starting in September (Fall) 2027. Positions are available in multiple service lines including Operations, Healthcare Solutions, Digital Healthcare Solutions, Banking & Capital Markets, Corporate Citizenship, People & Change, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Consumer & Retail Solutions, and Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation (TST).
Responsibilities
- Help clients perform current situation assessments/diagnostics, visioning/target state design as well as develop roadmaps and support implementation.
- Facilitate collaboration between governmental levels and foster public-private partnerships to drive innovation and develop intellectual capital for an integrated health ecosystem.
- Redesign care systems across regional health ecosystems, promote operational excellence for improved care quality and outcomes, and support health workforce stability and adaptation.
- Leverage digital innovation to help healthcare organizations improve patient outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and navigate the complexities of the regulatory environment.
- Develop digital strategy, data analytics, cybersecurity, and technology implementation plans.
- Help financial institutions transform and grow in an increasingly digital and competitive environment.
- Deliver innovative, data-driven solutions across the financial services ecosystem.
- Support clients in areas such as digital transformation, cloud and AI adoption, operating model redesign, risk and compliance modernization, and customer experience innovation.
- Develop clients into responsible and ethical corporate citizens through government compliance, maintaining a healthy and safe workforce, and positive social impact.
- Focus on areas including accessibility, workforce well-being and culture, ethical and sustainable supply chain, social impact strategy, and measurement.
- Help shape and navigate the important people dynamics related to the transformation of work, capabilities, and behaviours.
- Assist clients with strategic alignment, workforce shaping, embedding inclusion and diversity, capability building & learning, digital HR transformation and culture shifting.
- Create and sustain bottom-line value across the extended supply chain.
- Work with finance functions to empower them to become more insightful and true business partners.
- Implement technology solutions for budgeting, planning and forecasting, close and consolidation, reporting and analytics.
- Create best-in-class digitally enabled customer experiences (CX) as part of clients’ wider organizational strategy.
- Advise clients on how new technology will impact their business and deliver innovative end-to-end digital transformation.
- Define vision for digital transformation, develop tailored technology strategies, align with IT assets to be more customer centric, and create and execute implementation plans that drive business value.
Requirements
- Senior Consultants usually join Management Consulting with at least 3 years of work experience, coming from an MBA, PhD, MD, JD, or other advanced degree program.
- Senior Consultants are expected to be able to come into the Management Consulting team and immediately make a significant impact.
- Those coming from undergraduate degrees or master’s degrees with less than 3 years’ work experience should consider applying for the Consultant position.
- Highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of obstacles and opportunities.
- Strong academic record from undergraduate or master’s degree and/or relevant professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact, build relationships with a diverse group of clients and colleagues.
- Ability to take an active role in coaching and developing junior colleagues.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity to identify a clear path forward.
- Entrepreneurial drive and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of personal accountability.
- Proven track record of successfully dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to support general project management and oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of targets and engagements, asset development, and other initiatives.
