About the Role
This role involves supporting legal professionals in advising on all aspects of individual and collective labor law, including procedural specifics of labor court proceedings and social security/corporate law. You will participate in client discussions and court appointments, and draft legal opinions, submissions, and correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Support legal professionals in advising on all aspects of individual and collective labor law.
- Engage with procedural specifics of labor court proceedings and issues related to social security and corporate law.
- Participate in client discussions and court appointments.
- Prepare short legal opinions, submissions, and drafts for client letters and contracts.
Requirements
- Interest in the full spectrum of labor law.
- A first state examination with a minimum grade of 'satisfactory' (vollbefriedigend).
- Prior engagement with labor law during studies and/or relevant professional experience.
- Ability to handle professional topics in English (ideal).
- A genuine need for teamwork.
