About the Role

Manage and maintain the highest standards in safety, quality, efficiency, spoilage, and customer service within a fully automated warehouse. Collaborate with the Facility Manager on inventory levels, warehouse operations, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, train, and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure product flow, meeting safety, quantity, and efficiency requirements.
• Facilitate problem-solving and develop action plans to address labor performance issues and achieve key performance indicator goals.
• Understand financial drivers (budgets, costs, yields, operating plans) and manage warehouse operations for maximum production at minimum cost.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA standards; lead health, safety, and environmental processes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing work organization that maximizes employee teamwork, contributions, suggestions, and decisions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary warehouse that is always audit-ready.
• Ensure fair and consistent employment practices for effective employee relations.
• Meet time commitments for outbound and inbound shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two to Three (2-3) years of previous supervisory experience.
• Five (5) years of warehouse experience.
• Prior technical knowledge or 'tech savviness' is a plus.
• Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills in developing high-performing work organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous Forklift Certification preferred.
• Must wear safety boots/shoes.
• Must wear safety vest.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
