About the Role
The Practice Manager will manage approximately 20 Service Delivery Managers and Service Center Leads, holding full commercial and contractual responsibility for successful project outcomes. This role requires extensive experience in pre-sales and IT project/program delivery, collaborating with professional services sales, service delivery, and service development functions to enhance delivery capabilities and achieve customer strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and Winning Together values.
- Manage customer engagements and approximately 20 employees, requiring regional travel.
- Ensure accountability for assurance, governance, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously maintain and innovate Practice capability to support business strategy.
- Proactively support growth through the development and delivery of standardized, competitive, and market-relevant service offerings.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise, collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Manage the team operationally and commercially to achieve financial targets, competitiveness, and improved productivity/quality.
- Drive a high-performance culture by developing, retaining, and attracting talent.

Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Recent experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects, preferably on a workplace platform for a professional service organization, with commercial outcome responsibility.
- Experience applying appropriate governance and control in project oversight.
- Demonstrable evidence of developing individuals and teams.
- Passion for enhancing people's capabilities.
