Responsibilities
- Lead client conversations and develop a deep understanding of work to share new ideas and opportunity segments.
- Apply consulting expertise to identify growth opportunities and scale engagements with clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs.
- Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems using advanced analytical methods.
- Build data pipelines and dashboards for marketers to self-serve data needs and enable automated tracking of marketing campaigns.
- Harmonize data and set up models according to defined business logic.
- Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate relationships between data fields, analyze output, and determine next actions.
- Lead client engagements independently from start to finish.
- Ensure regular client updates and meetings, manage stakeholders, and conduct risk analysis for projects.
- Track execution and success metrics effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience with databases, SQL coding across standard commercial databases (e.g., Teradata, MySQL), and statistics tools (e.g., R / Python).
- 5+ years of experience with quantitative analysis/modeling (e.g., scenario-based, sensitivity analyses, statistical techniques) and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL is a must.
- Experience with dashboarding/BI platforms like Looker or Tableau.
- Good problem-solving and insight generation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience with Google Sheets is good to have.
- Supply chain knowledge related to product sellout, sell-in, forecast, and planning is good to have.
