About the Role
Join our growing Central Fill Pharmacy team in Richmond Hill as a full-time Central Fill Pharmacist. This onsite role involves working rotating day and evening shifts to improve patient care across Canada through chronic disease management, medication adherence, and clinical dialogue.
Responsibilities
- Complete pharmacist duties and verifications as part of daily fulfillment requirements using Kroll paperless workflow
- Perform patient counseling duties
- Prescription record management
- Workflow management to meet daily business needs and operational effectiveness
- Assess and assist with other pharmacy/business duties when required
- Assist with brand awareness through collaboration with Plan Sponsors
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of pharmacist duties
- Work with key team members to provide business insights to develop transformative initiatives
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Necessary liability insurance to practice pharmacy
Skills
- Clinical confidence
- Strong patient communication skills
- Solid understanding of TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software
- Technologically savvy
