About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Human Resource Business Partner to support our Marketing and Corporate Communications team. This role offers strategic consulting and coaching to executives and leadership teams nationwide, contributing to the HR team as both a team member and an individual by providing strategic HR solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR business partner to leaders, providing strategic consultation and coaching while translating business strategy into actionable priorities.
  • Lead complex and sensitive employee relations and performance matters end-to-end, ensuring fair, consistent outcomes and strong risk management.
  • Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in managing employee relations and performance.
  • Drive talent, succession, and leadership development strategies, including talent reviews, succession plans, and targeted development.
  • Partner in building BU engagement plans using data and insights to address root causes and improve the employee experience.
  • Support leaders with workforce planning needs and organizational transformations, proposing effective change management approaches.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact solutions to improve leadership effectiveness, increase change adoption, and team performance.
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects, delivering outcomes through influence while navigating ambiguity and organizational dynamics.

Requirements

  • University degree in industrial relations or human resources management or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience as a senior HR Consultant (HRC), HR Business Partner (HRBP) or as a generalist in human resources.
  • CHRP and/or CHRL designation.
  • Technical knowledge in all areas of human resources including HR cycles (talent management, performance management, compensation, and engagement), employee relations, disability management, change management, organizational development.
  • Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking to solve operational and complex problems influencing where necessary.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish and create effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A flexible, agile, and resilient approach to working in a dynamic, ever-changing, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, high ability to influence, and ease in building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for candidates across Canada.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • No Canadian work experience required.

Salary/Compensations

  • 109,900 - 134,300
  • 15% annual bonus target with potential payout of up to double the target
