About the Role
Blackstone Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. This role partners with leading private banks and wealth management firms to deliver Blackstone's alternative product capabilities, providing education, training, and support.
Responsibilities
- Field operational inquiries from Financial Advisors & internal sales teams on Blackstone investment offerings.
- Liaise with Blackstone business units, transfer agents, and other third-party service providers for client inquiries, problem resolutions, and reconciliations.
- Manage projects across various groups within Blackstone Private Wealth to enhance collaboration and efficiencies.
- Identify and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance on various platforms.
- Develop a strong understanding of distribution partners’ operational platforms and processes, becoming the expert for advisors.
- Assist Financial Advisors with problem resolution for account opening, maintenance, onboarding, servicing, and client retention.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and research to support Blackstone Private Wealth business initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of financial industry experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
- Ability to identify and summarize issues and recommendations
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
