About the Role
The Director of Premium Services will manage and direct all day-to-day aspects of premium services operations, including Clubs, Suites, Club Level, and In-Seat Service, to ensure profitability and effective management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of the premium food and beverage operations to achieve operational budgets.
- Manage monthly P&L statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff.
- Achieve planned costs in labor and COGS and work within budgeted guidelines.
- Develop annual operating budget and quarterly reviews vs plan.
- Provide quality service and excellent products while maintaining positive customer and client relations.
- Oversee monthly inventory for premium services operations.
- Establish and maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Create a working relationship with local health officials.
- Ensure proper operational condition of all food service equipment.
- Work closely with subcontractors to ensure all operational needs are met and contract terms are followed.
- Develop new concepts that serve guest desires and incorporate industry trends.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop event service staff.
Requirements
- Must be available to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.

Salary/Compensations
- $100,000 - $110,000 plus bonus potential
