About the Role
XTL Transport Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, quality-driven, and team players looking for a stable position within a vital company in the Transportation, Logistics, and Warehousing-Distribution field.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for transaction creation (receiving/shipping).
- Create and modify customer account data.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update customer profiles and track accounts.
- Generate reports as needed.
- Communicate customer requests to the operations team.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Liaise with the operations department to ensure accurate documentation for received and shipped products.
- Validate the correctness and completeness of all transactions.
- Verify that transactions and services are accurately entered into the system and invoiced.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position.
- Bilingual (oral and written) proficiency.
- CTPAT sensitive position - subject to a criminal record search.
- Experience in a distribution center environment is an asset.
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to determine the management of priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple files simultaneously.
- Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing work priorities.
Skills
- Knowledge and mastery of WMS systems (AS400 is an asset).
- Good communication and explanation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
