About the Role

The Product Specialist acts as a resource for deep, specialized knowledge of Dimensional's investment solutions. This role supports the Global Client Group and Portfolio Management by providing expertise on fixed income portfolios through data analysis, research, and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to clients, prospects, and the Dimensional sales organization, providing education, updates, and facts about investment strategies.
• Independently analyze, process, and interpret data to create portfolio performance commentary, narrative, and charts for Dimensional’s investment products.
• Lead the development of internal and external communications regarding Dimensional’s investment philosophy, approach, and products.
• Collaborate with Research, Portfolio Management, Trading, Investment Solutions Group, and Sales and Marketing to ensure functional group alignment.
• Develop a feedback loop with external-facing account managers to recommend improvements to Dimensional’s offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fifteen or more years of experience in a fixed income related role required.
• Strong understanding of the asset management industry and capital markets.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate fixed income concepts to various audiences.
• Ability to resolve problems effectively and exercise independent judgment.
• Motivated to self-teach skills and apply learned knowledge.
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
