About the Role

As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for the holistic paid social media management of our accounts. You will plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across all common platforms, from awareness to conversion, while driving the adoption of new advertising formats and betas. Your responsibilities will include campaign setup, post-campaign analysis, and deriving actionable recommendations. You will present strategies, campaign results, and innovations both internally and externally, and engage with platforms, service providers, and other stakeholders. You will also participate in cross-departmental projects, including pitches, strategic development, and holistic social media considerations with owned and earned media experts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across all common platforms from awareness to conversion.
  • Drive the adoption of new advertising formats and betas.
  • Perform campaign setup and subsequent analysis, including deriving actionable recommendations.
  • Present strategies, campaign results, and innovations internally and externally.
  • Engage with platforms, service providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects, including pitches and strategic development.
  • Collaborate with owned and earned media experts for a holistic view of social media.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or vocational training in marketing.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Paid Social, either agency or client-side.
  • Openness to new topics, enthusiasm for new technologies and trends.
  • Creative thinking and ability to look beyond the obvious.
  • Comfort with analytical and technical challenges.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
