About the Role

The Marketing Science and Technology team is seeking a dynamic, visionary Strategic Analyst with a strong technical background and proven expertise in insights, marketing analytics, and measurement innovations to join our global team. This team develops and scales leading-edge marketing measurement and insights solutions to support our sales teams in deepening strategic relationships with customers and driving commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales to translate data-driven insights and measurement into actionable strategies that improve business performance for clients and agency partners.
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and lead advanced measurement initiatives (experimentation, incrementality, attribution, clean rooms) to optimize marketing performance.
- Apply SQL, Python, and visualization to analyze LinkedIn and third-party data at scale.
- Advise cross-functional partners to identify innovation opportunities including new product features, measurement capabilities, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive POV on the future of B2B measurement and represent the company externally.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, custom projects.
- Uphold best practices in data privacy, security, and coding standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting, with direct client-facing leadership.
- 5+ years' experience using SQL or similar querying language.
- 5+ years' experience in a consultative or advisory role.
- 3+ years' experience in project or program management.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related analytic field).
- 10+ years analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting, with direct client-facing leadership.
- 6+ years' experience using SQL or similar querying language.
- 6+ years' experience in a consultative or advisory role.
- 4+ years' experience in project or program management.
- Experience in digital marketing and AdTech ecosystems, including agency landscape.
- Demonstrated expertise in measurement methodologies (e.g. incrementality, attribution, MMM, experimentation, CAPI).
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and advanced analytics tools.
- Experience applying AI / LLM techniques in analytics workflows.
