About the Role
This role is crucial for the smooth execution of our events, trade shows, and demonstrations across Europe. You will be responsible for the end-to-end logistical support of our events and demos, from transportation and setup to on-site support and dismantling. This is a highly operational, travel-intensive position, ideal for someone who likes to get hands-on, take responsibility, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and execute the transport of event materials, equipment, and systems.
- Drive company vehicles to events, trade shows, and demonstration sites in Germany and Europe.
- Ensure timely delivery, setup, and return transport of all materials.
- Assist with the physical setup and dismantling of trade fair stands, exhibition areas, and installations.
- Collaborate closely with external service providers and internal teams on-site.
- Ensure high-quality execution, even under time pressure.
- Manage and track all event-related materials (models, exhibition construction elements, demonstration equipment).
- Ensure all materials are ready for use, maintained, and stored correctly at all times.
- Coordinate repairs, replacements, and reorders.
- Support the event team at trade fairs, demonstrations, and internal events.
- Assist with catering, setting up meeting areas, and general operations.
- Provide flexible support to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and execute trips for employees to event locations.
- Provide reliable operational support to the entire event team.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, event support, warehousing, or comparable areas.
- Trade fair experience is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license Class B (experience with vans is an advantage).
- High reliability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
- Good German language skills and basic English language skills.
- Willingness for extensive travel within Germany and Europe.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for this position.
