About the Role

As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will embed with clients to transform how law firms operate by identifying and implementing AI solutions to replace manual workflows, owning the entire transformation process from discovery to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client organizations and run structured AI discovery across teams and practice groups to map workflows, uncover pain points, and identify wasted time.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with legal professionals to understand their needs and identify AI opportunities.
• Run generalist AI training sessions to educate users on AI capabilities and encourage rethinking of work processes.
• Map and automate legal workflows such as document review, form filling, and drafting, building proofs-of-concept to demonstrate value.
• Own the go-live process for AI solutions, coordinating technical resources and ensuring full adoption.
• Serve as the primary client stakeholder contact, managing check-ins and business reviews.
• Translate field learnings into product feedback for the engineering team.

Requirements

• Strong product sense to identify workflow issues and solutions.
• Business acumen and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Natural curiosity to deeply understand problems.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to help define processes.
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, legal ops, client success, product, or a client-facing tech role.
• Familiarity with workflow automation or no-code tools is helpful but not required.
• Excitement about working in person in the NYC office.
