About the Role
Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Data Entry Team Lead to spearhead data entry initiatives, monitor team performance, and ensure high data quality. This role involves leading special projects, collaborating across teams, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert to support the Senior Data Quality Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate data entry initiatives as determined by the Senior Data Quality Manager and firm leadership.
- Monitor EA/PA Data Entry Team requests, providing training and support.
- Handle acquisition data (pre- and post-acquisition) to ensure high data quality and accurate reporting through cross-team collaborations.
- Assist the Senior Data Quality Manager with monitoring and reporting statuses on regular Data Team tasks and special projects.
- Aid in the development and maintenance of Data Entry Team processes and documentation.
- Participate in CRM account and contact record enrichment as part of acquisition activities.
- Distribute and manage CRM non-IT Compass tickets, balancing workload and knowledge levels among team members.
- Participate in strategic projects to support firm growth.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Data Team to resolve issues and support training needs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, administration, and data quality projects
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
