About the Role

Apprentice Electricians perform basic electrical tasks, assist senior electricians, and provide exceptional customer service. This role offers on-the-job training to help you gain your Electrician license/certification while adhering to workplace procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Gather tools and supplies for the work site.
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit.
• Trace short circuits in wiring.
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and fastening wiring, conduit, and motors.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and organize supplies and parts.
• Clean the work area, machines, tools, and equipment, and dispose of scrap and refuse.
• Assist in pulling wire and lifting, hoisting, and positioning materials.
• Operate hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
• Assist in mounting and strapping conduit.
• Support senior personnel in electrical installations, connections, and terminations.

Requirements

• Possess an Apprentice Card.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb ladders.
• Willingness to work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs.
• Exhibit integrity and promote a positive company image.
• Provide exceptional customer service on job sites.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily.
• Be results-driven in a high-energy environment.
• Possess attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
