Associates and Sr Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting, and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Requirements
- 3-5 years project implementation and/or minimum of 2 full life cycle experience
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time when needed
- Aspiration to learn, train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions

- Estimated base salary range: $115,000 - $145,000
- Total estimated compensation range (inclusive of annual incentive): $128,800 - $166,700
