About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operations Excellence Consultant, Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will analyze client needs, develop strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. You will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others, while navigating complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments for growth. In this role, you will work closely with clients to enhance product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to improve speed to market, reduce costs, and enhance quality. You will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity in product development and manufacturing
- Identifying bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and devising strategies to enhance speed to market
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and reduce costs
- Leveraging digital technologies to improve product quality and operational performance
- Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
- Utilizing Six Sigma and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
- Managing project resources effectively to deliver client solutions on time and within budget
- Providing guidance on compliance and standards to uphold professional and technical standards
- Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire team members
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
