About the Role
Responsible for specialized warehouse tasks in receiving, inventory, customer service, and/or order processing. This role involves working in an exciting and diverse environment with a variety of career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Receives, counts and records shipment data into the system.
- Matches packing list information to actual packed merchandise.
- Prepares packages/merchandise for storage.
- Records receiving data using computer.
- Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items, using identification tag, stamp, or electronic marking tool or other labeling equipment.
- Identifies incorrect/short shipped items and immediately notifies supervisor.
- Delivers products, supplies, and equipment to designated area.
- Operates forklift or other machinery as needed.
- Verifies computations against physical count of stock.
- Examines and inspects stock items for wear and defects.
- Maintains condition of work area, ensuring it is free of trash and product is in the correct location.
- Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
- Performs order layout and makes changes to carriers or picking method.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment.
- Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
- Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.
- Overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred

- Minimum Pay: $21.15
