About the Role

As a Bartender in our legendary music and entertainment venues, you'll keep the drinks flowing and the energy high. You'll mix cocktails, pour drinks, and deliver exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate is fast, friendly, and focused, understanding that every shift is about delivering unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a sincere welcome and engage in friendly conversations.
• Prepare drinks following recipes and established techniques.
• Accurately fulfill orders, assist guests, and respond to inquiries.
• Suggestively sell and serve menu items, beverages, and desserts.
• Proactively address guest needs, concerns, and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, training, and company policies.
• Request proper ID per company policy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, operate POS terminals accurately, and handle payments securely.
• Reconcile financials at the end of the shift.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform opening/running/closing duties.
• Maintain clean and orderly dining and service environments.
• Bus bar top as needed.
• Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and date labeling.
• Model company service basics and follow all corporate policies, safety, security procedures, and brand SOPs.
• Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience required.
• High-volume bar experience preferred.
• POS and cash handling experience required.
• Able to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner.
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated team player and self-starter
• Manual dexterity for tasks such as using a computer
