About the Role
In our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, we are seeking a sales-driven individual with deep automotive expertise to identify new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and actively drive growth in our automotive business. This role involves developing a sustainable sales pipeline, acquiring new clients, and guiding OEMs and suppliers through their digital transformation across the entire customer journey. Optionally, this position offers the chance to take a leading role in managing the DCX sales team.
Responsibilities
- Strategically develop new business opportunities with OEMs and suppliers, managing the entire sales cycle from identification to closing.
- Build a robust pipeline for medium and large Digital Customer Experience transformation projects and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Position consulting and technology solutions in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce to management and C-level stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling potential with existing clients and sustainably develop existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Industry, Consulting, and Delivery teams to develop customized solutions and compelling value propositions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Business Development or sales of Professional Services, ideally in the automotive sector focusing on OEMs and suppliers.
- Proven success in Solution Selling, building strategic pipelines, and closing complex large deals.
- Deep understanding of the automotive value chain and current challenges/trends in digitalization, sales, service, and aftersales.
- Solid knowledge of Digital Customer Experience and experience with at least one leading platform like Salesforce, Adobe, or ServiceNow.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset, strong closing ability, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills up to C-level.
