About the Role

We are seeking an Application Software Developer/Analyst skilled in building and maintaining reliable software systems using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Leads projects and ensures the success of minor applications rollouts
  • Develop, modify, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing
  • Analyzes existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs
  • Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards
  • Trains users in conversion and implementation of systems
  • Troubleshoots applications and may investigate related server and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services
  • Responds to emergencies as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions
  • Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in software development
  • 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Ability to travel (domestically/internationally) if required
  • US Citizenship is required for this position. We are unable to hire individuals currently on a work visa or individuals who will require a work visa in the future.

Skills

  • C#/.NET
  • MSSQL (Native/Entity Framework) and complex query design
  • JavaScript and front-end frameworks
  • General knowledge of current applications, associated technologies and security
  • Project management skills – ability to prioritize tasks, focus on critical path elements
  • Experience with MS Fabric, Azure, ERPs systems, PowerShell, DevOps, Power BI or other reporting tools would be an asset

Experience Level

  • 2-5 years of experience in software development
  • 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Salary/Compensations

  • $77,900.00-$103,800.000
