About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer innovation engagements by running discovery workshops and boot camps to identify and prioritize Industry AI opportunities.
  • Define high-value Industry AI use cases by translating business challenges into implementable AI solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of use cases from discovery to deployment, including requirements, prototyping, and validation.
  • Deliver value rapidly using a fast, iterative model to put measurable customer value into production within weeks.
  • Build the Industry AI portfolio by turning customer learnings into reusable industry-specific AI assets and accelerators.
  • Champion thought leadership and C-suite co-innovation, representing SAP's Industry AI vision and shaping customers' transformation agendas.
  • Mentor and elevate colleagues by building capability in use case design, value engineering, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of deep industry expertise in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries.
  • Track record of leading enterprise-level business transformations.
  • Recognized thought leadership credentials in your industry domain.
  • Hands-on experience defining and scaling Agentic AI solutions with a focus on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven track record in product definition and delivery, or in leading enterprise-level business transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strategic relationships at the CXO level.
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and chart a clear path from challenge to solution.
  • Ability to construct and defend investment-grade business cases for Industry AI.
  • Demonstrated track record of mentoring senior colleagues.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and clean-core, cloud-first architecture principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
