About the Role

This role is for a Strategic Ops generalist who will do whatever it takes to grow the company. It involves working across all aspects of growth, including new channels, geographies, and products, and owning execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Launch new markets and open new channels.
• Own the operational infrastructure for market launches and channel expansions, including systems, processes, reporting, and enablement.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions, such as process changes, automation, or new tooling.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for Sales, Growth, and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from design to execution, ensuring timelines are met and priorities are maintained.

Requirements

• A track record of figuring things out in fast-moving, under-defined environments.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, customer conversations, and product specifications.
• An instinct to identify and address gaps proactively.
• A habit of moving quickly and taking initiative.
