About the Role

Our capable Associates utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions. Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in roles utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • Travel up to 50% when requested by the client
  • Participation in at least 1 Workday Benefits implementation is a must
  • Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level university and hospital executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration

Skills

  • Workday HCM and Benefits certifications
  • Prior experience in a role supporting a Workday implementation either at a Workday partner firm or as a client side project resource
  • Prior experience as a Workday Benefits Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Tools such as excel used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
  • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
