MOODK is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our professional liability team in a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment.

Requirements

Current and active Bar membership in good standing in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC and/or CT
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
Familiarity with Case/File Management systems

Skills

Prior professional liability litigation experience preferred
Superior written and oral communications skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred
