About the Role
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for small businesses and self-employed individuals regarding financial solutions. You will identify customer needs through direct interaction and guide conversations towards successful closure. Your success will be measured by each closure, which directly supports a business and contributes to our growth objectives. This is not a traditional sales job with a predefined script; you will work with new partner banks, tap into new customer segments, and engage in unique conversations. You will actively shape our sales processes, determining what works and what doesn't. By building trust and understanding genuine needs, you will convert conversations into deals. If you are looking to build something new rather than just complete tasks, this is the right place for you.
