About the Role

This role involves general tasks related to green space maintenance, including mowing, watering, cleaning, and planting. You will also be responsible for tree trimming, leaf removal, and pressure washing outdoor areas. • General tasks related to green space maintenance
• Mowing lawns and disposing of green waste
• Watering lawns and plantings
• Cleaning and flushing gutters and drains
• Moss control on sidewalks and access areas
• Pruning trees
• Removal and disposal of leaves
• New planting and replacement planting
• High-pressure cleaning of outdoor areas, sidewalks, and access areas

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a landscape gardener, or experience in green space maintenance or comparable activities
• Knowledge of handling industry-standard machinery and equipment
• Knowledge of caring for various plants
• A driver's license of class B or higher
• Chainsaw training is an advantage
• High physical resilience
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills (C2 level) in speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high degree of responsibility
• Enjoyment in questioning things, improving processes, and shaping new things
