About the Role

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with the litigation process under supervision.
Review the work of paralegals and clerks.
Prepare all documents related to the litigation process, including drafting motions, briefs, and memoranda of law.
Screen documents for privilege.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must possess a Law Degree or be a student at an ABA-accredited law school with at least one year completed.
Experience conducting legal research using various research tools and law library resources.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including legal writing.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other common software applications, including databases.
Ability to work in a team environment, deliver high-quality work, and maintain a professional disposition under extreme pressure.
Requires U.S. Citizenship.
Requires a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.
