About the Role
Deliver client service for daily record-keeping, administration and servicing of assigned book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations.
- Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings.
- Ensure that all services are delivered within EPIC RPS' documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors and day to day contacts.
- Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support.
- Effectively communicate with all operational teams to ensure that record-keeping items are maintained for all assigned plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and two (2) years' customer service related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ASPAA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures.
- Ability to write routine correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively with both internal and external contacts.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to develop software skills provided by internal training within a reasonable time as determined by the Manager.
