About the Role
Brand Representative Leads engage customers, represent the brand, and create a welcoming environment. They drive sales by anticipating customer needs, connecting with shoppers, and showcasing individual style. Leads also provide coaching to the team when managers are unavailable.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
- Anticipate customer needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance.
- Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
- Fold, hang, size, and ensure presentation standards are met.
- Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure a friendly and positive checkout experience.
- Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and package ship-from-store orders.
- Create a seamless omni-channel experience.
Requirements
