About the Role

This role brings together our creative community and manages crucial relationships across the creative community at Omnicom Advertising. The creative excellence team promotes collaboration to raise the bar on our creative product, ensuring all initiatives run smoothly and efficiently, and that the best work is developed and championed.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key point of contact and centre of knowledge across OA for key award shows, keeping up to date on changes and developments and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Have a thorough understanding of award categories and knowledge of award-winning work.
  • Provide submission support for our Networks, including tracking entries, fielding queries, and maintaining the awards database.
  • Deliver network-wide awards training.
  • Lead jury nominations at the OA level, including running briefings, team liaison, and support during judging.
  • Identify and suggest talent for juries.
  • Keep track of key projects from across OA.
  • Act as the key liaison with the comms team.
  • Communicate results from award shows.
  • Maintain internal distribution lists.
  • Track talent for jury nominations and map significant campaign launches.
  • Track OA’s networks creative council processes.
  • Report and track results.
  • Support the running of internal training sessions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creativity and project management.
  • 2+ years of experience involving creative awards.
  • Ad hoc travel.
  • Good written and verbal English.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote skills.
  • Fluent Portuguese and/or Spanish speaker is a bonus.
