About the Role
Simmons Adaptive is seeking a leveraged finance lawyer to support a key client, a financial institution. As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and client team, with access to the firm's resources and Know-how, and opportunities for training and development.
Responsibilities
- Support one of our key clients, a financial institution.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with leveraged finance / general banking experience, ideally gained in a leading private practice or in-house environment.
- Problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- Can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- Required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
