About the Role
Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role, focusing on client interaction, project management, data analysis, and presentation creation. They also focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.
Responsibilities
- Heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects
- Project management
- Intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein
- Creating compelling client-ready presentations
- Developing Analysts and Coachees
- Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
Requirements
- Workday Certification in HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management
- 2-4 years project implementation and/or minimum of 2 full life cycles
- Ability to manage tight deadline, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage
- Proficient in Workday Methodology
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to communication impactfully and to present at conference or a leadership audience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time when needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in mentoring others

- $120,000 - $145,000 (base)
- $130,000 - $166,750 (total compensation)
