About the Role

Managers play a vibrant, integral role at Huron, building long-standing client relationships and collaborating to solve important challenges. They plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions, while also mentoring junior staff to foster a culture of respect, unity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and lead teams.
• Build long-standing relationships with clients.

• Align technology solutions with client goals, visions, and missions.
• Mentor junior staff on the engagement team.
• Share expertise, feedback, and encouragement with junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
• Experience as a functional application specialist.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.
• Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
