About the Role
Serve as an Automotive Sales Representative, assisting guests through every stage of their automobile purchase and selling luxury automobiles using a state-of-the-art CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Provide the best in customer service and sales assistance, consistently achieving sales goals.
- Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards and devise a strategy to meet them.
- Follow up on sales leads.
- Negotiate prices with customers.
- Work with sales managers to ensure sales goals are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auto inventory, including features, condition, and warranty status.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring understanding of operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Create and maintain relationships with guests.
- Review and analyze actions daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly to optimize time utilization and planning.
- Conduct walk-arounds with guests and demonstrate automobile features.
- Accompany guests on test drives.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality and efficiency.
- Assist guests with leasing and financing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Social Media.
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
- A strong, positive work ethic and interest in a long-term position.
- Professional appearance and impeccable professional integrity.
