Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum using fun and engaging characters.
- Build relationships with families and colleagues.
- Communicate regularly with parents about children's achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
Requirements
- One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
- An associate degree or higher in ECE or CDA and a high school diploma/GED (required).
- Applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
